NZ Standard Shipping and Delivery
As a small family run business we pride ourselves on having some of the fastest shipping for online sales and we know we are way more efficient than the big guys. Most orders are shipped out immediately on the same day but here's the guidelines just to be on the safe side. Orders received before 12pm are shipped out the same day. Orders after 12pm may be shipped the following day. We use Courier Post and we think they are pretty awesome with our deliveries they try really hard to get them to you overnight but this is never a guarantee so please always allow 2-3 days. Rural customers should allow an extra couple of days just to be on the safe side. Our charges are a very low $5.90 NZ wide and $8.90 for Rural Customers. We also offer a free pick up in store option. Please make sure you select the correct shipping price otherwise this will hold up your order as we will have to contact you to obtain the correct postage. We do not ship over weekends or on public holidays. Please allow extra time for your deliveries if you are ordering in December due to busy seasonal times.

Our current charges are:
All Shipping within New Zealand $5.90 although Courier Post aim for overnight deliveries but please allow at least 2-3 days for orders received before 12pm and at least 3-4 days for shipping of rural services. Busy seasonal and public holidays these time may vary.
All our deliveries are shipped with a signature required upon delivery as this way we can guarantee you receive your order. If you are not home the Courier will leave a calling card and you can collect from an NZ Post branch or have your item redelivered. If you authorise us to leave your parcel at your address without signature or have an authority to leave with Courier Post you do so at your own risk as we will have no proof of delivery and you will have no come back for claim of goods if they are lost or damaged.

Shipping to Australia
We only ship clothing to Australia if you order anything apart from clothing your order may be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on any other products. Since Covid airfreight restrictions we only DHL Express international courier as we know your parcel will be fully tracked the whole journey and arrive quickly.
DHL Express Tracked Courier $19.95 - Estimated delivery time 2-4 business days. Due to the worldwide covid19 pandemic and lack of international travel due to closed borders this is delaying worldwide postage so please bear this in mind when ordering as it may take longer than expected and this is out of our control. Also if you are outside a metropolitan city this may add an extra 2 days.
